1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Processing may take longer during peak seasons or unforeseen logistics delays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship globally, including to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery time may vary depending on customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or global logistics issues. Solleen is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.


3. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided when available. Note that tracking may take a few days to update after shipment due to international handling logistics.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, or additional country charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid taxes or incorrect information, no refund will be issued.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

The customer is responsible for entering correct shipping details when placing the order. Solleen is not liable for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unavailable recipient at delivery location

  • Customs refusal of the package

Orders lost or returned for these reasons are not refundable.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order is shipped, Solleen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. If an issue occurs, you may contact us via:

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are only accepted before processing begins. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
